D1 各地抵達拉薩>>拉薩火車站/機場接團

ARRIVAL IN LHASA-LHASA RAILWAY STATION/AIRPORT PICK-UP

各地抵達日光城拉薩，拉薩火車站/拉薩貢嘎機場，導遊或工作人員舉牌/獻哈達接團，驅車前往市區酒店入住休息適應高原反應。

Arrive at the Sunshine City in Lhasa, Lhasa Railway Station/Lhasa Gongga Airport, tour guide or working personnel raises signs/Xianhada to welcome the group, and drive to the city hotel to stay and rest to adapt to altitude sickness.

D2   布達拉宮 5A>>廣場>>藥王山觀景臺>>大昭寺>>八廓街>>拉薩

POTALA PALACE 5A-SQUARE-CHAGPORI HILL OBSERVATION DECK- JOKHANG TEMPLE-BARKHOR STREET-LHASA

酒店早餐後，驅車前往【布達拉宮】始建於西元7 世紀初期、是一座宮堡式建築、世界文化遺產。前往【藥王山觀景臺】

與人民幣50 元取景地合影。

隨後前往【大昭寺】始建於西元647 年、一座藏傳佛教寺院、供奉佛祖釋迦牟尼12 歲等身金像。City Walk 穿梭在千年古轉經道的【八廓街】超聖信徒並肩同行，見眾生相，看人間煙火。

After breakfast at the hotel, you will drive to the Potala Palace, a palace style building built in the early 7th century, a world cultural heritage site. Go to the Yaowang Mountain Observation Deck and take a group photo with the RMB 50 scenic spot .

Then, you will drive to the Jokhang Temple, a Tibetan Buddhist temple built in 647 AD, which houses golden statues of Buddha Shakyamuni at the age of 12. City Walk shuttles through the ancient path of turning scriptures on Barkhor Street, walking side by side with believers and appreciating the sentient beings and man's world.

D3    拉薩>>羊卓雍措>>卡若拉冰川>>白居寺>>日喀則

LHASA-YAMDROKLAKE-KARULAGLACIER-PALCHOEMONASTERY- SHIGATSE

酒店早餐後，驅車前往【羊卓雍措】簡稱羊湖，湖面積675 平方千米，湖面海拔4,441 米。

沿環湖路前往【卡若拉冰川】年楚河東部源頭，西藏三大大陸型冰川之一。抵達英雄城江孜，參觀【白居寺】始建1427年，塔中有寺、寺中有塔，寺塔天然渾成，相得益彰。晚間抵達後藏行政中心-日喀則市。

After breakfast in the hotel, you will drive to Yamdrok Lake, which is referred to as "Yang Lake ". The lake covers an area of 675

square kilometers and has an elevation of 4441 meters.

Then, you will go along the Lakeside Ring Road to the eastern source of the Chu River in the Karula Glacier, one of the three continental glaciers in Tibet. After arriving in the hero city of Jiangzi, visit the Palcho Monastery, which was founded in 1427. There is a temple in the pagoda and a pagoda in the temple, which are naturally integrated and complement each other.

In the evening, you will arrive at the administrative center of Tibet - Shigatse City.

D4    日喀則>>嘉錯拉山口>>絨布寺>>珠峰大本營

SHIGATSE-JIACUOLA PASS-RONGBUK MONASTERY-EVEREST BASE CAMP

酒店早餐後，經定日界【嘉措措山口】抵達【珠穆朗瑪國家公園】，換乘觀光車抵達珠峰大本營，仰望世界第一高峰。後遊覽【絨布寺】世界上海拔最高的寺廟，始建於 1899 年。

After breakfast at the hotel, you will pass through the Jiacuola Pass in Dingri to reach the Everest National Park. Transfer to a

sightseeing bus and arrive at the Everest Base Camp and look up at the world's highest peak.

Then, you will visit the Rongbuk Monastery the highest temple in the world, which was founded in 1899.

D5   珠峰大本營>>加烏拉山口>>日喀則

EVEREST BASE CAMP-JIAWULA PASS-SHIGATSE

酒店早餐後，告別珠穆朗瑪，翻越108 拐的【加烏拉山口】此處是世界上唯一可以觀賞5 座8000 米級雪峰的觀景平臺，眺望到瑪卡魯峰、洛子峰、珠穆朗瑪峰、卓奧友峰、希夏邦瑪峰(從左向右排列的順序）。

後沿拉孜返回日喀則市。

After breakfast at the hotel, you will bid farewell to Qomolangma and climb over the 108 turn to Jiawula Pass. It is the only observation deck in the world that allows you to admire five 8000 meter snow capped peaks. From here, you can enjoy views of Makaru Peak, Lhotse, Qomolangma, Cho Oyu, and Mount Shishapangma (arranged from left to right). Finally, you will return to Shigatse City along Lha-rtse.

D6   日喀則>>紮什倫布寺>>《文成公主》晚會>>拉薩

SHIGATSE-TASHILHUNPO MONASTERY-"PRINCESS WENCHENG" LIVE ACTION OPERA SHOW-LHASA

酒店早餐後，前往【紮什倫布寺】興建於1447 年，是藏傳佛教格魯派六大寺之一。是歷代班禪駐地，寺院以金碧輝煌的建築、精美絕倫的藝術、源遠流長的歷史，留給世人驚歎。

沿高速、雅江小峽谷返回拉薩。

晚間觀看《文成公主》晚會，講述了1300 多年前唐朝文成公主與吐蕃藏王松贊幹布和親的歷史故事。全劇分為五幕，時

長約90 分鐘，演出人員共計800 餘名。

After breakfast at the hotel, you will visit Tashilhunpo Temple, which was built in 1447. It is one of the six major Gelug sect's temples in Tibetan Buddhism. It is also the residence of the Panchen Lama throughout history, and the temple has left the world amazed with its magnificent architecture, exquisite art, and long history.Then, you will return to Lhasa along Highway and Yajiang Gully.

In the evening, you will watch the "Princess Wencheng" Evening Party, which tells the historical story of the marriage between Princess Wencheng of the Tang Dynasty and the Tubo king Songtsen Gampo over 1300 years ago. The whole play is divided into five acts, with a duration of about 90 minutes and a total of more than 800 performers.

LHASA-NYENCHEN TANGLHA-DAMXUNG-LAKENLA MOUNTAIN-NAMTSO- LHASA

酒店早餐後，經【念青唐古喇山】抵達【納木措】景區，中國第三大的鹹水湖，湖面海拔4718 米。返程時在5190 米處【那根拉山口】遠觀納木措留念。

After breakfast at the hotel, you will arrive at the Namtso Scenic Area via the Nyenchen Tanglha, which is the third largest saltwater lake in China with an elevation of 4718 meters above sea level.

On the return journey, you will observe Namtso from a distance of 5190 meters at the Nagenla Pass.

1、在保證服務標準及不減少旅遊景點的前提下，我社有權保留對遊覽次序的調整；

2、如遇（如交通延阻、罷工、自然災害、政策性調價、航班或車次取消或更改時間等）人力不可抗拒因素導致行程延誤、變更所產生的費用由雙方協商處理，因拉薩旅遊車屬於包車、酒店屬於長年包房，景區門票屬於優惠折扣門票或者享受政府免票政策。如果客人臨時自願放棄景點遊覽、車費、住宿等，費用均不退還。

3、旅遊團成團最低人數為2 人，我社有權在出團前10 天，因為沒有達到最低成團人數，而取消團隊並通知客人。若不能成團我社退還已收取的全部費用，不承擔其他責任和損失。

4、散客拼團客人入住酒店需自行在酒店繳納酒店房卡押金並請妥善保管押金收據，退房時憑收據和房卡在前臺結賬收回押金。同時酒店房間若有食品和日用品的，均屬於遊客自由自主消費物品，不包含在團費中，若遊客自由享用後，請離店時到前臺付費。酒店房間內的電話屬於自由消費，使用後請到前臺繳費。
