酒店早餐後，驅車前往【來古冰川】海洋性冰川，是中國境內海拔最低的冰川，主峰海拔 6800 米，冰潔如玉，景色秀美，形態各異，姿色醉人。中餐後，環遊【然烏湖】藏東第一大湖，是地質運動活躍形成的堰塞湖。After breakfast in the hotel, you will drive to Midui Glacier the most important marine glacier in Tibet, and also the glacier with thelowest altitude in China. The main peak is 6800 meters above sea level. It is as clean as jade, with beautiful scenery, various shapes and fascinating beauty. After lunch, you will take a tour of Ranwu Lake, the largest lake in eastern Tibet. It is a barrier lake formed by active geological movements.

酒店早餐後，驅車前往【羊卓雍措】簡稱羊湖，湖面積 675 平方千米，湖面海拔 4,441 米。沿環湖路前往【卡若拉冰川】年楚河東部源頭，西藏三大大陸型冰川之一。晚間觀看《文成公主》晚會，講述了 1300 多年前唐朝文成公主與吐蕃藏王松贊幹布和親的歷史故事。全劇分為五幕，時長約 90 分鐘，演出人員共計 800 餘名。After breakfast in the hotel, you will drive to Yamdrok Lake, which is referred to as "Yang Lake ". The lake covers an area of 675square kilometers and has an elevation of 4441 meters. Then, you will go along the Lakeside Ring Road to the eastern source of the Chu River in the Karula Glacier, one of the threecontinental glaciers in Tibet. 2、如遇（如交通延阻、罷工、自然災害、政策性調價、航班或車次取消或更改時間等）人力不可抗拒因素導致行程延誤、變更所產生的費用由雙方協商處理，因拉薩旅遊車屬於包車、酒店屬於長年包房，景區門票屬於優惠折扣門票或者享受政府免票政策。如果客人臨時自願放棄景點遊覽、車費、住宿等，費用均不退還。

3、旅遊團成團最低人數為 2 人，我社有權在出團前 10 天，因為沒有達到最低成團人數，而取消團隊並通知客人。若不能成團我社退還已收取的全部費用，不承擔其他責任和損失。
